Our Team

Dr. Trent Daiber is a dedicated optometrist committed to providing exceptional eye care to his patients. He graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in 2021, where he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree. During his training, Dr. Daiber completed a rotation at Willis Knighton Eye Institute, focusing on ocular disease and surgical care, which provided him with valuable hands-on experience in advanced eye health.

Dr. Daiber grew up in Russellville, AR where he learned about the field through his mother and uncle who are also optometric physicians.

Dr. Daiber graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2017. He is also an alumnus of Russellville High School. As an active member of both the American Optometric Association and the Arkansas Optometric Association, Dr. Daiber stays updated on the latest advancements in optometry to better serve his patients.

Dr. Daiber enjoys being outdoors, especially cycling and bow hunting. 

Autumn has been working in optometry since 2021. Having no capacity for bodily fluids but still wanting to be part of the healthcare system, optometry called her name. Social by nature, Autumn enjoys getting to know a wide variety of people each day and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their eye care experience. 

Originally from Arizona, Autumn made the move to Arkansas in June of 2025, curious to explore somewhere that’s not one big patch of dirt. Outside the clinic, Autumn is a lover of all things right-brained, spending her free time reading, singing, and seeing shows at the theatre.
